Supply Chain Manager
We are looking for a results-driven Research & Supply Chain Manager to join our team and help us manage our growing online shops and introduce new trendy products to markets worldwide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Source products, raw materials, packaging and other components for multiple brands based on specifications provided by Product Leads;
- Identify and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers;
- Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs) and payment terms;
- Monitor supplier performance and proactively resolve any issues;
- Handle the sourcing and stock management of products;
- Forecast and manage inventory across multiple warehouses;
- Collaborate closely with our logistics partners to guarantee that receiving, labeling, and order fulfillment processes run smoothly and accurately;
- Initiate new processes and improvements.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Experience with Supply Chain processes in e-commerce business;
- Confidence with researching new partners, negotiating terms, etc.;
- Knowledge of e-commerce CRM and CMS;
- Strong Excel skills;
- Great analytical skills;
- A proactive mindset - always thinking two steps ahead and suggesting improvements;
- Communication with confidence in English and Lithuanian.
