SysAdmin/DevOps Engineer

Join us as a SysAdmin/DevOps Engineer, where you’ll take ownership of a diverse infrastructure powering 200+ websites and 100+ servers.
You’ll be the backbone of our systems team — balancing traditional system administration with modern DevOps practices, while helping us evolve toward greater automation and reliability.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage, monitor, and optimize our infrastructure (200+ websites, 100+ servers) to ensure performance and reliability;
- Collaborate with developers to build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments;
- Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems;
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (Python, Bash, etc.);
- Harden system security through best practices, audits, and compliance checks;
- Design and manage scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, Laravel Forge);
- Drive our infrastructure-as-code efforts with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Strong background in Linux system administration;
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare);
- Hands-on with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.);
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar);
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack);
- Understanding of networking, security protocols, and infrastructure design;
- Previous exposure to IT administration (hardware and networks).
