Junior Performance Ads Graphic Designer (eCommerce)

We are seeking a Junior Ads Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will specialise in creating social media advertisements with motion elements, working from briefs provided by our performance creative team. Your designs will drive engagement and conversions across social platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Turn ideas and briefs from our creative team into cool, eye-catching ads;
• Design clickable thumbnails that make people stop scrolling;
• Create a steady flow of visuals – images, banners, and motion graphics;
• Play around with animations and bring ads to life;
• Use AI tools to make your design process faster and smarter (we’ll show you how!);
• Tweak and improve your designs based on what performs best;
• Stick to brand guidelines, but don’t be afraid to try something fresh;
• Keep an eye on trends and share your creative ideas with the team.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Some experience with ad or visual design;
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and bonus points for After Effects;
• Curiosity about AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.);
• Interest in e-commerce or digital marketing;
• A creative mindset and ability to deliver on time;
• Team player with good communication skills;
• Comfortable working in English and Lithuanian.
