We’re looking for an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist who can help us show (and tell) the world what makes life at Commerce Core so good — and help our people feel even prouder to be part of it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Build our EB presence from scratch — from social media storytelling to internal buzz;
- Own our external voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond — turning real moments, team wins, and behind-the-scenes chaos into scroll-stopping stories;
- Make internal culture shine — by sparking connection and community between our in-office and remote teammates through communication, events, and smart ideas;
- Help us launch our new brand & office — you’ll be right in the middle of the rebrand, new space launch, and all the energy that comes with it;
- Experiment, measure, repeat — you’ll test what works and build our playbook for employer branding that actually converts.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills — you know how to make content scroll-stopping and authentic;
- Experience running social media accounts or campaigns — you get platforms, algorithms, and audiences;
- Understanding of branding — you can spot what feels “on voice” and what doesn’t;
- Experience organizing internal initiatives or events — you enjoy creating moments that connect people;
- Community-building instincts — you know how to turn colleagues into advocates;
- Proactive mindset — you notice what could be better and just go fix it;
- Collaboration chops — you’re great at connecting dots between People, Marketing, and Leadership.
