Senior HR Business Partner

We’re now looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our journey. You’ll play a key role in shaping our people strategy, partnering with leaders to design structures that scale, and building the next generation of capable, confident managers. You’ll balance strategic HR partnership with hands-on support — from leadership development and engagement to organization design and everyday people conversations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Be a trusted partner for both people and leaders — the one they turn to for guidance, feedback, and honest conversations;
  • Work closely with teams to understand what helps them thrive, and with leaders to build the conditions for great performance;
  • Support managers in growing as leaders — through coaching, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences;
  • Spot patterns, challenges, and opportunities across the organization, and turn them into practical improvements;
  • Lead or co-drive initiatives that make a real impact: engagement, feedback, performance, development, and team structure;
  • Use data, insights, and empathy to strengthen how we work, communicate, and grow together;
  • Collaborate with the HR team and leadership to ensure our culture evolves as we scale — staying fast, human, and high-performing.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT:

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Lead ideally in a scaling or fast-paced environment;
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate company goals into people strategies;
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership or learning programs (or close collaboration with L&D);
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills — you know how to help leaders grow;
  • Empathy, influence, and credibility — you’re trusted by both employees and executives;
  • Bring energy, ownership, and problem-solving skills — you don’t wait for permission;
  • Communicate with clarity and impact (Lithuanian & English, written and spoken).
