Head of Business Unit (Digital or Physical Product Portfolio)

We’re looking for a Head of Business Unit (Physical or Digital Product Portfolio) to build and scale a product portfolio from the ground up. This is a rare chance to run a business within the business - own the strategy, build your team, and drive growth end-to-end. Now we’re looking for someone who can take a product from idea → validated winner → scalable, profitable product (digital or physical).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead and grow a product portfolio (digital or physical).
- Identify market opportunities and turn insights into winning products.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Build high-converting offers and campaigns across channels.
- Oversee creative testing, funnels, CRO, ads, email, and retention.
- Manage pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy.
- Ensure production, operational, and compliance readiness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver performance.
- Open new revenue channels, including partnerships and international expansion.
- Scale digital funnels and conversions, including monetization through subscriptions, upsells, and bundles.
- Implement and optimize email automation and lifecycle flows.
- Enhance packaging, design, and overall product experience (physical products).
