Conversion Copywriter

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for landing and pre-sell pages, advertorials, as well as other copy across multiple channels including web, mobile, email, video, ads;
• Create slogans, catchphrases, messages, and straplines for websites and ads;
• Be familiar with visuals, that sell, and help find proper photos and videos for the content you’ve created;
• Work with media buyers to fully develop an advertising campaign;
• Develop creative ideas and concepts together with the product team;
• Proofread and copyedit;
• Work on several campaigns at once;
• Keep up to date with popular culture and trends;
• Manage freelance copywriters and proof-readers if needed;
• Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on advertorials and sales copy;
• Ability to adjust your voice to clients and produce high-quality, persuasive copy;
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles – target segmentation, category, A/B testing, value proposition, positioning, and brand strategy;
• Confidence to identify key copy assets that will help drive long-term success on our websites, Facebook, YouTube, and more;
• Fluent / Native level in English and Lithuanian (speaking and writing).
