Creative Performance Lead – Meta Channel

We’re looking for a Creative Performance Lead to take charge of our Meta ad channel and lead a high-performing team of in-house and freelance creative specialists. This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day creative process, setting strategy, providing direct feedback, and ensuring creative output drives real performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and mentor a team of creative performance specialists through regular 1:1s, creative reviews, and real-time feedback loops;
• Drive creative strategy and ad concept development for Meta campaigns, constantly testing new formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches;
• Collaborate closely with Meta channel media buyers, challenging and improving testing frameworks and ensuring alignment between creative and performance goals;
• Monitor and own key creative KPIs (VTR, CTR, ROAS, etc.), using data to improve quality and inform decision-making;
• Evaluate team workload, sprint planning, and production logic to ensure balanced and efficient operations;
• Set and uphold the highest standards for creative excellence.
