Performance Ads Graphic Designer

We are seeking an Ads Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will specialize in creating social media advertisements with motion elements, working from briefs provided by our performance creative team. Your designs will drive engagement and conversions across social platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Transform briefs from the performance creative team into visually compelling ads;
  • Prepare eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement
  • Ensure a daily stream of images and banner ads; 
  • Create and animate engaging motion graphics; 
  • Adapt designs based on performance data and analytics;
  • Maintain brand guidelines while exploring creative approaches to capture audience attention;
  • Monitor industry trends and innovate in both motion and static design.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Experience working with ads design;
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects);
  • Understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance data;
  • Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
