Affiliate Marketing Manager
We're seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to create and lead our affiliate marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be an affiliate marketing professional with a passion for driving growth and building strong partnerships. You'll be responsible for creating and overseeing all aspects of our affiliate program, from recruitment and onboarding to performance optimization and strategic planning.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy;
- Identify new partners to increase program scale through outreach, recruitment, negotiation of the financial structure of contracts, and onboarding.
- Continuously monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize conversion rates, average order value, and other key performance indicators;
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including tracking, reporting, and payment processing;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of affiliate initiatives;
- Act as a key contact for affiliate partners, ensuring the best service delivery to them through effective processes and reporting to leverage long-term, successful commercial relationships and growth;
- Build and lead a high-performing affiliate marketing team.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in an e-commerce company;
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful affiliate programs;
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing channels;
- Data-driven, strong analytical acumen with results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders;
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools;
- A passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
