Lead Content Admin (WordPress)

Our team is seeking a proactive and skilled Lead Content Admin to manage and oversee the administration of our websites and lead a small team responsible for content accuracy, updates, and maintenance. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead a team of content administrators, setting priorities and ensuring task completion;
  • Oversee the addition and updating of website content using WordPress;
  • Take responsibility for the overall quality and maintenance of the websites;
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate website updates and ensure accurate information across all domains;
  • Configure and manage visitor trackers (training provided if needed);
  • Directly manage deadlines, task delivery, and provide updates to the management team;
  • Communicate and coordinate with other teams to ensure the timely delivery of content-related tasks;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues or outages promptly;
  • Update website software, plugins, and systems to ensure compatibility and security;
  • Work closely with developers to implement new website features and functionalities;
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure that the visual layout aligns with the organization’s branding and design guidelines;
  • Coordinate with hosting providers and IT teams to resolve server and hosting-related issues;
  • Manage and configure Website backups, migrations, and DNS records.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Strong leadership and administrative skills with experience leading a team;
  • Experience with WordPress, and knowledge of HTML;
  • Knowledge of CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not mandatory;
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS);
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong attention to detail and a competitive, proactive attitude;
  • Ability to coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure smooth workflows;
  • Flexibility and availability to address urgent content needs as they arise;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English languages.
