Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

  • Conduct data-driven website optimization through A/B and multivariate testing. 
  • Leverage performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement;
  • Foster close collaboration with the paid marketing team to ensure landing pages and ad campaigns are aligned and optimized for maximum impact;
  • Utilize tools to conduct rigorous testing and implement data-driven changes.
  • Continuously refine webpages and funnels to drive significant increases in sales and conversion rates;
  • Maintain clear communication by providing regular reports to the marketing team and stakeholders, keeping them informed on affiliate/influencer performance and overall campaign results.


  • Proven CRO Experience; 
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices;
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools;
  • Experience with data analysis platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret website traffic data;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, extract insights from data, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing teams, designers, and developers;
  • A passion for driving measurable results and a proven track record of increasing conversion rates.


  • Salary range: starting at 2.800 Eur (Gross) according to qualifications;
