Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

We're looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist (CRO) to join our team and unlock the full potential of our digital presence. In this role, you'll leverage your analytical skills and understanding of user behavior to identify areas for improvement and marketing campaigns. This is a leadership position that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on work to make a positive impact across our digital projects worldwide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Conduct data-driven website optimization through A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Leverage performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement;
  • Analyze projects performance data and work closely with developers and data analysts to improve data collection and reporting practices;
  • Foster close collaboration with the paid marketing team to ensure landing pages and ad campaigns are aligned and optimized for maximum impact;
  • Utilize tools to conduct rigorous testing and implement data-driven changes;
  • Continuously refine webpages and funnels to drive significant increases in sales and conversion rates;
  • Maintain clear communication by providing regular reports to the marketing team and stakeholders.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Proven CRO Experience;
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices;
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools;
  • Experience with data analysis platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret website traffic data;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, extract insights from data, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing teams, designers, and developers;
  • A passion for driving measurable results and a proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
