CRO Lead

We are looking for a Conversion Optimization Rate (CRO) Team Lead who is passionate about improving online KPI’s such as revenue and orders while enhancing the customer experience. In this role, you'll leverage a blend of creativity and analytical expertise to solve problems and experiment with new ideas. This is a leadership position that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on work to make a positive impact across our digital projects worldwide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead the CRO team, encouraging teamwork and collaboration both within the team and with other teams. Together, you'll brainstorm, test, and execute strategies that boost conversion rates and enhance the user experience.
  • Promote a culture of testing, urging the wider team to experiment with new ideas while making decisions based on both data and insights.
  • Analyze projects performance data and work closely with developers and data analysts to improve data collection and reporting practices.
  • Drive improvements in the customer experience by identifying optimization opportunities, translating findings into actionable strategies.
  • Work closely with UX/Design teams in turning insights into practical solutions, such as wireframes, mockups, and designs, to better the customer journey.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Strong background in CRO methodologies, including user research, A/B testing, data analysis, and familiarity with CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Proven ability to lead and nurture a high-performing team.
  • Analytical skills, capable of finding insights in diverse data sets and a solid grasp of statistics.
  • Technical knowledge in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify are beneficial.
  • A drive for innovation and a commitment to fostering a culture of experimentation within the team.
