E-commerce Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Supply Chain Manager to join our team and help us manage our growing online shops and introduce new trendy products to markets worldwide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Conduct a full research on all new products with their prices, packaging options, etc.;
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers;
• Proactively seeking, communicating and negotiating with new suppliers;
• Negotiate with fulfillment centers about the price, packaging, manufacturing duration, and much more;
• Constantly be in touch with product managers to be up to date with the needs of the company;
• Smooth inventory management and purchasing (fast-moving goods);
• Setting retail and wholesale prices;
• Meeting personal and team objectives.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Experience with Supply Chain processes, preferably in e-commerce business;
• Confidence in researching new partners, negotiating terms, etc.;
• Knowledge of e-commerce CRM and CMS;
• Good working skills with MS Excel, etc.;
• Understanding of web services, payment gateways, logistics, complex pricing, and promotion models;
• Analytical skills;
• Proactive mindset – always two steps ahead with decisions and suggestions;
• Ownership, accuracy, and organization;
• Communication with confidence in English and Lithuanian.
