Email Marketing Specialist

We're growing our dynamic team and seeking an Email Marketing Specialist – junior candidates are encouraged to apply as well!
In this role, you'll play a key role in crafting compelling email campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and boost conversions. You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted email strategies and come up with email content ideas. With a data-driven approach, you'll analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations for optimization.
We are looking for highly organized individual to work with many different brands, products and locales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns;
  • Generate email content ideas and communicate them clearly to creative teams (copy and design);
  • Manage and segment email lists to ensure optimal deliverability;
  • Localize email content for different audiences;
  • Test email content, links, inbox placement, and fix any mistakes, typos, or inaccuracies to maintain high quality and credibility
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and recommend data-driven optimizations;
  • Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and best practices.
