Freelance Performance Ads Graphic Designer

Transform our marketing campaigns through dynamic motion design while optimizing performance across social media channels. As our Performance Ads Designer, you'll blend creativity with data-driven insights to create scroll-stopping content that converts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create and animate engaging motion graphics for marketing campaigns, ads, and digital assets; (meta)
• Monitor industry trends and innovate in both motion and static design
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets and campaigns
• Prepare the most eye-catching thumbnails;
• Carefully select photos from videos and edit each photo to ensure the highest quality;
• Ensure a daily stream of images and banner ads.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Proven motion design experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience analyzing campaign performance data
• Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
