Quality Assurance (QA) Team Lead

We're seeking detail detail-oriented and experienced QA Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of QA testers, ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve QA processes and methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
• Lead and mentor the QA team to develop and implement effective testing strategies and plans;
• Assign tasks to team members, mentoring and guiding them to achieve results;
• Foster a collaborative environment that values open communication and continuous improvement;
• Analyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights;
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders;
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure product quality.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Proven experience in software testing;
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
