Head of People

Now we’re looking for a Head of People to lead and evolve our people function — building the structure, systems, and culture that will power the next stage of CommerceCore’s growth.
We’re entering an exciting new chapter — with a brand transformation and new Vilnius office on the way — and we’re looking for a leader ready to help shape what that future feels like to work for.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You’ll own the full people agenda — strategic, operational, and cultural — ensuring that our teams, leaders, and processes scale with the business.
This means turning growth into structure without losing what makes us agile and bold and you will be responsible for:
- Build and deliver a people strategy aligned with our mission, goals, and values.
- Shape a clear organizational structure, roles, and processes that support growth and accountability.
- Manage and support a team of HR professionals and with their help oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, L&D, compensation, and engagement.
- Design and implement performance and reward systems that drive ownership, clarity, and results.
- Develop training and growth programs for all levels — with a strong focus on manager capability.
- Strengthen internal communication, engagement, and company culture during a period of transformation and growth.
- Ensure compliance with labour law and workplace safety — done efficiently, not bureaucratically.
- Coach and support managers in leading people, communication, and change effectively.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and efficiency projects.

- Confident in all core HR disciplines — performance, comp & ben, L&D, employee relations, and engagement.
- Strategic yet practical — you build systems that scale and actually work.
- Trusted by leaders, respected by teams — you lead with clarity, empathy, and credibility.
- Strong in communication and able to drive alignment across fast-moving teams.
- Commercially minded — you understand how people strategy fuels business results.
- Energized by change and growth, not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
