Now we’re looking for an HR Business Partner who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and shape what comes next. This isn’t just about policies and processes — it’s about partnering with leaders, guiding teams through change, and making sure our culture stays strong as we grow fast.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Be the go-to HR partner for leaders across the business;
  • Dive into each team’s challenges and design people-first solutions that actually work;
  • Turn HR data into insights — and insights into action;
  • Support managers and employees on the full people journey: onboarding, performance, personal and team development, team growth, and more;
  • Lead projects that make a real difference: change management, engagement, org design, process improvements.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Have experience as an HR Business Partner, Lead or similar role in a fast-growth environment;
  • Can juggle competing priorities and still move fast;
  • Know how to coach managers through tough calls and tricky situations;
  • Bring energy, ownership, and problem-solving skills — you don’t wait for permission;
  • Have empathy and listening skills that build trust at every level;
  • Communicate with clarity and impact (Lithuanian & English, written and spoken)
