Marketing Project Manager
We are looking for a driven Marketing Project Manager to join our team and lead e-commerce product development. Which in a nutshell means - you will be responsible for the entire e-commerce product lifecycle: from identifying market opportunities to defining product marketing strategy, overseeing execution, and measuring success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop a Product Marketing strategy for a variety of products assigned to you;
- Develop and execute a product roadmap;
- Lead the product development process, ensuring on-time delivery;
- Communicate clearly to the Creative team, and control outcome quality;
- Partner with other teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption;
- Conduct market research and identify new product opportunities;
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Experience in Marketing Project Management ( preferably e-commerce);
- Track record of successfully launching and managing products;
- Proven ability to identify and create content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plan;
- Data-driven decision-making skills;
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent communication in English and Lithuanian.
