Office administrator
Our team is looking for an Office Administrator who will be responsible for managing office operations and providing essential support as well as helping our amazing CEO with some tasks to help with his daily tasks. Your duties will involve various tasks, so a proactive problem-solving attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are some of the most important characteristics we are looking for.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace;
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries;
- Assist with basic financial tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking;
- Take care of office supplies, snacks, and refreshments as well as order and manage office equipment;
- Help organize company events and meetings;
- Manage parking and table booking systems;
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and welcoming;
- Help CEO with some work and personal tasks;
- Support staff with various administrative tasks.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Some experience in an administrative role or a similar one;
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles (mostly invoices);
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
- Ability to set priorities and maintain quality;
- Confident communication in English and Lithuanian.
