Office Manager (Maternity leave cover)
Our team is looking for an Office Manager who will be responsible for managing office operations and providing essential support. Your duties will involve a variety of tasks, so a proactive problem-solving attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are some of the most important characteristics we are looking for.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace;
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, shipments, and product sample logistics;
- Track expenses and assist with financial tasks, including invoice collection and budget follow-up;
- Take care of office supplies, snacks, refreshments, and coordinate equipment orders and maintenance.
- Support team by managing logistics, communication, and supplier coordination.
- Help organize company events and meetings;
- Assist in onboarding processes: prepare workspaces and IT equipment, help welcome newcommers.
- Manage internal tools, including parking and desk booking systems, and meeting room reservations.
- Provide personal assistance and administrative support to the CEO as needed.
- Maintain various administrative records (contracts, health documents, safety forms, sample inventory).
- Support colleagues with ad-hoc requests and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or similar support role;
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting or willingness to learn (e.g., handling invoices and tracking team budgets);
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality;
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently;
- Ability to use a computer on a daily basis and work efficiently with Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
- Slack or Teams, Microsoft Office experience is a plus;
- A hands-on mindset—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both in Lithuanian and English.
