Performance Creative (e-commerce)

This role requires someone who thrives at the crossroads of creativity and data. You'll be able to brainstorm original video ideas and ad ideas that resonate with viewers, while also having the analytical mind to measure performance and translate insights into future video strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Be in charge of brainstorming captivating ad ideas, both video and static;
  • Closely monitor video content performance, analyze the data for insights, and use these insights to optimize future video content;
  • Work closely with product managers, the editing team, and coordinators to ensure the creation of successful content;
  • Spearhead the creation of ad scripts and briefs, whether by writing them yourself, utilizing AI tools for assistance, or managing freelance scriptwriters;
  • Translate script ideas into clear visuals and direction;
  • Leverage diverse storytelling methods and creative tools to develop unique and captivating ads;
  • Edit written scripts for clarity, flow, and impact;
  • Stay ahead by actively researching competitor strategies and emerging ad trends;
  • Employ A/B testing to optimize video elements for maximum performance;
  • Manage video production budgets.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • You’ll bring creative concepts for crafting high-performing ads;
  • Experience in written content creation (scriptwriting is a plus);
  • Understanding of ads performance metrics;
  • Ability to work with AI tools;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Communication with confidence in English and Lithuanian.
